This policy covers the NSheth agency website at nsheth.in. The separate personal site under /nityam/ has its own privacy notice.
1. Who this policy covers
NSheth is a small digital agency operated by Nityam Sheth in India. In this policy, “NSheth”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this agency website.
This policy applies when you browse the agency pages, submit the contact form, email us, or contact us through a linked service such as WhatsApp.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
The contact form asks for a WhatsApp number. You may also choose to provide your name and email address. If you continue a conversation or become a client, we may receive project information, messages, files, billing details, approvals and other information you choose to share.
Technical information
A short-lived server session may be used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery and repeated automated submissions. Our hosting infrastructure may also create standard server logs containing information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser identifier and error details.
Information we do not request on the homepage
The agency contact form does not request a project brief, account password, payment-card information, government identifier or sensitive personal information. Please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive data unless we have agreed on a secure method.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only for relevant business and website purposes, including to:
- reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you requested;
- understand, plan and deliver services if we enter into a project agreement;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and prevent misuse of the website and contact form;
- maintain business, tax, accounting and legal records where required; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with lawful requests.
We do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing unless you separately ask for or agree to it.
6. Retention and security
We keep enquiry and correspondence data only while it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
We use proportionate safeguards such as form tokens, a honeypot field, server-side validation, rate limiting, access controls and reputable service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide a summary;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate information;
- erase information that is no longer needed or legally required;
- withdraw consent for consent-based processing; or
- review a privacy concern or grievance.
Send a request from a contact method we can reasonably verify to [email protected]. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and some records may need to be retained where required by law.
These rights are informed by applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
8. Children’s information
The agency website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly request personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through this website, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Changes and privacy contact
We may update this policy when the website, our data practices or applicable law changes. The current version and its last-updated date will always appear on this page.
Privacy and grievance contact: Nityam Sheth, [email protected].
